UnGiftMe is a free service for creating and sharing holiday announcements. Please use it responsibly.

Using the site

You may create, download, and share generated announcements for personal, noncommercial purposes. You are responsible for your chosen wording and for reviewing any announcement before sharing it. Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass others, or to misrepresent endorsement by UnGiftMe or a named charity.

Charities and third-party services

UnGiftMe allows users to mention charities but does not verify, endorse, or collect donations for those organizations. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. Third-party providers operate independently under their own terms and privacy notices.

Optional website support

One-time or recurring contributions, if selected, are processed by Buy Me a Coffee and its payment providers, not through the UnGiftMe site. Tips support the operation and development of UnGiftMe, are entirely optional, and do not unlock features. They are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions. Any applicable payment, cancellation, or refund terms are provided by the payment platform.

Availability and warranties

The website is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain its functionality and security, availability and freedom from errors, vulnerabilities, or interruptions cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by applicable law, warranties not expressly provided are disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UnGiftMe and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. This language does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and does not waive rights that applicable law protects. A posted disclaimer may not establish an enforceable contract in all circumstances.

Content and intellectual property

The UnGiftMe name and site presentation are associated with this project. Visitors have permission to use their generated announcement images personally and noncommercially as stated above. Other rights are reserved to the extent legally applicable; this notice does not claim exclusive rights in third-party material or material not eligible for copyright protection.

Website features and these terms may change. The date at the top indicates the latest posted version.
